At BoboRental, all our equipment is deep-cleaned & sanitized with organic, non-toxic and baby-safe cleaning products after each use. Prior to delivery, your products will be safety-checked steam-cleaned for hygiene once more , ensuring the equipment will reach you in pristine clean and fully sanitized condition.
The rental fee depends on the product you select and the required rental period. The minimum rental fee displayed on our website covers the first 3 days of hire. The rental rate decreases the longer you rent the items for. At check out, the total is automatically calculated. In addition to the rental fee, there may be transport charges depending on your order total, your location, and delivery day or time. A list of our transport fees can be found here.
Visit our online rental shop and select your rental dates. Add the products you like to rent to your shopping cart, and the rental rate will automatically adjust based on your selected rental dates. Go to the cart to complete your booking by filling out the requested information and submit your order. We do not require payment at this stage.
We will confirm availability of the selected items via email within 24 hours (often sooner!), along with a final quote including any applicable fee for delivery and/or installation if requested. If a requested item is not available, we will suggest an alternative option. Our confirmation email will contain a secure online payment link to finalize your booking. Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the delivery information within 24 hours (again, often sooner!).
To ensure availability of your preferred products, it is best to book them as soon as you know your travel dates, however we will of course do our best to accommodate last-minute requests as well. โโSame-day delivery is possible subject to availability of the requested products and if our delivery schedule allows.
The minimum order amount (before delivery fee) is 50$. For orders below this amount we will add an admin fee to reach the minimum threshold of 25$.
We are happy to share the installation video via WhatsApp with you upon request.
Our delivery team does not install car seats for liability purposes. The installation instructions can be found on our website within the car seat model listing. We are also happy to share the installation video via Whatsapp too.
If your travel dates have changed and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability of the booked products. If you are staying at a hotel, we are happy to deliver the items to the reception or concierge prior to your arrival. Kindly provide us with the family name your reservation was made in, and email the hotel to let them know that you are expecting a delivery from BoboRental prior to your arrival. You may copy us in on the email if preferred. Our email address is office@boborental.com. In case the hotel or service apartments do not accept items prior to your arrival, we can arrange a suitable meeting time after you have arrived. Please share your expected arrival time in the booking notes, so we can allocate an available delivery time slot as close to your arrival as possible.
If you are staying at an AirBnB or serviced apartment, you may check with your host if they have concierge facilities to receive the items prior to your arrival. If so, please share your host contact details and we will make the delivery arrangements and notify you once the delivery has been completed. In case delivery prior to your arrival is not possible, we can arrange a suitable delivery time after you have arrived. Please share your expected arrival time in the booking notes so we can allocate an available delivery time slot as close to your arrival time as possible.
We provide airport delivery to Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport between 9 AM – 8 PM. Please note there will be additional fee for airport delivery and collection, which can be found here. For arrivals, we will meet you 45 minutes after your flight arrival time, in the arrivals hall. We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time. Kindly share your flight number so we can adjust the meeting time in case of any reported flight delays. For departures we will meet you at the pre-agreed time in the departure hall. We allow for a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time, please do inform us 3 hours in advance if you wish to change the meeting time, which will be subject to availability in our schedule. Additional waiting time beyond 20 minutes will be chargeable at 5$ per 15 minutes.
We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental start date to confirm delivery details based on the time-slot you selected. As traffic and/or parking in Lebanon can be challenging at times, we do not offer exact delivery times, but we will narrow down the delivery time-frame to a 1 hour time slot.
In order to ensure all our customers will receive their equipment within the selected time-slot, it is logistically not possible for us to confirm a narrowed down time-slot more than 1 day in advance.
Should you require equipment from early in the day, we recommend starting the rental period one day in advance if delivery prior to your arrival is possible.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to, or collect from malls or other public places, including restaurants, theme parks, car parkings or otherwise. We only deliver to hotels, residences and airports.
Sure, you can opt for self collection & return when filling out your rental request. Once your booking is confirmed, you can make an appointment for your preferred pick up and return time. โOur store is located in Ballouneh (Mount-Lebanon) and you can find the pin on Google Maps here or we are happy to share our location pin via WhatsApp.
Please note that your booking must be confirmed in advance. We do not offer ‘in-store’ shopping, as the items you may see in our store may already be booked for other customers. Furthermore, we sanitize the equipment 1 hour prior to pick up, to ensure they are in pristine clean and hygienic condition when handed over to you.
Sure you can, but please note that the minimal rental fee displayed will be applicable. The starting rates are set to cover the extensive cleaning process we do after each rental, therefore we do not offer lesser rates for shorter rental periods as we still need to deep clean the products afterwards.
We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end date to check if you would like to extend your booking (subject to availability) or proceed with collection. If you like to proceed with collection, please wipe off any visible crumbs, spills or loose dirt prior to packing the items.
(Deep cleaning or laundering the items is not required, as we will take care of that after collection).
If you are staying with friends or family, please share the contact number of your host and we will contact them for a suitable collection time after your departure.
If you are staying at an AirBnB or service apartments without concierge facilities, we will meet you at a pre-agreed time prior to your departure to collect the items.
Please have all the items ready & packed to be handed over to our team at the agreed collection time.
Should you require assistance with dissembling and packing, please let us know in advance, so we can allocate adequate time and avoid delays for other customers. Please note a service charge may be applicable.
If you are staying at a hotel or serviced apartment with concierge facilities, you may leave the items with the concierge/reception and send us a picture of the luggage tag for us to collect after your departure.
โPlease do not leave the items in your room, as they will then likely end up in ‘lost & found” and depending on the hotel policy may cause delays for us to be able to collect the items back, which then may be subject to additional late return and transport fee.
