Description
Features and Benefits of the BabyBjorn ONE Baby Carrier:
4 carrying positions on the front and back You can choose the position that suits you and your baby best: facing inward (with two height options depending on the baby’s age), facing outward, and on the parent’s back.
Built-in infant insert The ONE carrier offers the option of carrying the baby at two different heights. The higher position is recommended for newborns weighing at least 3.5 kg. The baby is then positioned higher, close to the parent’s face. The lower position is intended for older children. The correct position regardless of age is when you can kiss the baby’s head.
Ergonomic leg position The width of the carrier’s front panel is smoothly adjustable between 15 and 40 cm using special sliders with a lock. This ensures a comfortable and ergonomically correct hip position for the baby.
Soft padding of the shoulder straps provides the highest carrying comfort. The exceptionally thick and soft padding of the shoulder straps provides unprecedented comfort when carrying the baby.
Comfortable waist belt The wide, reinforced waist belt relieves the shoulders and spine of the parent and guarantees excellent ergonomics during carrying.
Adjustable head support The head support provides necessary protection for a newborn. It supports the baby’s neck during the period when the muscles are not sufficiently developed to hold the head upright independently. The head support is also useful when an older child falls asleep in the carrier. The head support can be easily folded to allow the older child to observe the world.
Carrying an older child on the back When the child becomes heavier, it is more comfortable to carry them on the parent’s back. We recommend carrying children in this position once they have reached 12 months of age, as a child carried on the back is less visible and less accessible to the wearer.
Easy and safe position changes Transferring the child in the carrier to the back is very simple. The carrier is designed so that you can do it yourself without removing the child. During the position change, the child sits safely in the carrier at all times.
Carrier friendly to hip joints.
International Hip Dysplasia Institute The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has confirmed that the ergonomic BabyBjorn ONE carrier provides a healthy hip position for the child’s hips. The child’s hips are properly supported and maintained in an optimal position with legs turned outward. This contributes to the proper development of the hip joint, which is so important in the first months of a child’s life.
Materials safe for the child All materials used in the BabyBjorn ONE carrier are gentle and safe for the child. They have been tested and meet the requirements of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1 certificate. This means that they are free from unhealthy substances and allergens.
