  1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction:
By using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

Privacy Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software, is the property of our company or our affiliates and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Product information:
We strive to provide accurate product information, however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. We reserve the right to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

Products:
All products sold on the site are intended for use on babies and children. We make every effort to ensure that all products are safe for use on babies and children, but it is your responsibility to read and follow the instructions for use on each product.

Liability:
We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or from the use of our website.

Insurance:
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance for the rental period. We recommend that you check your own insurance policy to determine if rental equipment is covered.

Orders:
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, or any part thereof, at any time. We will notify you if we reject your order or any part thereof.

Payment:
All prices are in USD, and we accept all major credit cards, Whish, OMT and cash at the delivery.

Deposit:
Boborental requires a deposit for every rental order, which will be refunded in cash upon equipment return or transferred via OMT or WU after deducting the applicable service charge.

Hygiene & Safety:
At BoboRental, all our equipment is deep-cleaned & sanitized with organic, non-toxic and baby-safe cleaning products after each use and will be safety-checked and steam-cleaned for hygiene once more prior to delivery ensuring the equipment will reach you in pristine clean condition.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is headquartered.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

II. RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The equipment provided by our rental section is intended for use by infants and toddlers only. The exception is equipment that must be used and supervised by an adult.
  2. Renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with all instructions provided by the rental company.
  3. Renter assumes full responsibility for the safety and well-being of the child using the equipment.
  4. Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
  5. Renter will be charged for any damages to the equipment or for any equipment that is not returned according to our policy.
  6. Renter is responsible for any loss or theft of the equipment while it is in their possession.
  7. The rental period begins on the date the equipment is received by the renter, and ends on the date the equipment is returned to the rental company.
  8. Renter agrees to return the equipment to the rental company on or before the agreed-upon return date.
  9. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
  10. Renter must make all payments in full and on time.
  11. BoboRental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions.
  12. Terms & conditions contain the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter hereof.
  13. Renter acknowledges that he/she has read this agreement, understands it and agrees to be bound by its terms.
  14. It is recommended to check the equipment upon receiving it to make sure everything is in good working order and notify the rental company if there are any issues.
  1. Security Deposit: The refundable security deposit for each order varies depending on the product. The deposit amount will be clearly specified at the time of rental and is applicable to all orders. Provided goods are returned to us on the last date of hire in the same condition as they were delivered, we will return the security deposit to you in full. We will process the refund within 24 hours of collecting the items, but it may take up to 14 working days for the banks to process the refund.
  2. Delivery: We will deliver your order to the address you provide when you place your order. Delivery may vary depending on your location, and we cannot guarantee delivery times.
  1. If a selected product is not available, we will respond with alternative suggestions for your rental period. This is why you do not require payment when making the initial booking request, so you can decide if the suggested alternative suits your needs.
  2. Collection: We will contact you 1 day prior to your rental end-date to confirm the collection with you. If you are staying at a hotel, you can leave the items with the concierge and send a picture of the luggage tag for us to collect after your departure. Delivery to and collection from a different address is possible also, when filling out your rental request, there is an option to add an alternative address for collection. The latest time to return your rental is 4 PM.
  3. Warranty: All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  1. Last-minute bookings: To ensure availability of your preferred products, it is best to book them in advance, however we will of course do our best to accommodate last-minute requests as well. Same day delivery is possible subject to availability of the requested products and if our delivery schedule permits. Please make your rental request online and our team will respond at the earliest within our office hours. Bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the rental start are subject to an urgent processing fee of 15$ regardless of the order value.
  2. Cancellations: We understand you were looking forward to your trip and a cancellation is often due to unforeseen circumstances, of course we will offer you our support and you can cancel any time by contacting us on office@boborental.com or WhatsApp us on +961 3 032572. However, we are sure you understand that the rental gear, once confirmed, is removed from our available equipment list, which makes it unavailable to other families. Therefore, we have some fees in place to compensate us for the time the equipment was not available and to cover our admin cost & bank charges. Our minimum cancellation fee is 10$ or a % of the total amount paid (whichever is higher) depending on the advance time given to cancel as outlined below:

– Cancellations up to 3 days (72+ hours) in advance will be refunded at 90% of the total amount paid.

– Cancellation between 1-3 days (24 – 71 hours) in advance will be refunded at 75% of the total amount paid*.

– Cancellation less than 1 day (23 hours & less) in advance will be charged at 3 day rental and remaining amount will be refunded at 75%.

  1. Date change for confirmed bookings: If your travel changes have changed and you need to adjust your rental dates, we are happy to accommodate your request subject to availability and a 5$ administration fee, please contact us on office@boborental.com or WhatsApp +961 3 032572 with your date change request.
  2. Extension: Enjoying your stay so much that you decided to extend it? We are happy to accommodate rental extensions subject to availability. The rental extension will be chargeable as per the daily rate.
  3. Early returns: If you need to shorten your rental period, please inform us on which date you would like us to collect your rental gear so we can fit it into our collection schedule accordingly. A partial refund will be applicable if the new return date was more than 2 days before the original rental end-date; you will be billed for the actual rental period plus 2 days and 50% refund for the remaining days.

If you need to cancel after delivery, the rental fee will be charged for 3 days from the date of collection and the remaining amount will be refunded at 50%. Same day collection will have an applicable same day transport fee.

III. SHOP ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Our online shop only sells products that are safe for babies and are free from harmful chemicals.
  2. We take the privacy and security of our customers seriously, and we use secure methods to protect personal information.
  3. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and are available to answer any questions or concerns via email or phone.
  4. We regularly update our website to provide accurate product information and pricing.
  5. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, to any person or geographic area, at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  6. Delivery: We offer shipping to specific locations in Lebanon. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping.   7. Returns: Disposable items purchased online are not considered to be returned. You own them and you can take them with you to your home.

The fine print:

BoboRental ensures all rental equipment is safety-checked, cleaned and sanitized between rentals; however, all rentals are at hirer’s own risk. By accepting and using the hired equipment the client and any user acknowledges that the equipment is being used at their own risk.

BoboRental hereby makes no warranties with respect to the equipment and BoboRental hereby specifically disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. BoboRental and its employees, owners and affiliates will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or damages caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of the hired equipment. The Client and any user agrees to hold harmless BoboRental and its employees, owners and affiliates, from any liability, injury, death, property loss or damage which may result directly or indirectly from the use of the rental equipment. Provided the goods are returned to us on the last date of hire in the same condition as it was delivered (considering fair wear and tear; products do not need to be laundered prior to return, but visible crumbs / spills should be wiped down) we shall return the security deposit to you in full. If the equipment is not returned in full or to an unacceptable standard, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid by you. If the equipment is returned excessively soiled or stained, including potty accidents, and/or with an odor resulting from cigarette smoke, an 50$ cleaning fee will be chargeable. In the event of the late return of any equipment, we shall be entitled to retain the deposit paid, or part thereof, at the daily rate. If the equipment is damaged, repair or replacement charges will be applicable depending on the cost of the repair or replacement of the item. The rental agreement is governed by the laws of Lebanon.
